Refund Policy

At MV Gardens, we aim to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service. This policy sets out your rights and our responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations by You

  • If you need to cancel a booking, please give at least [X] working days’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than [X] working days’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of [£X or % of the agreed price] to cover costs and lost time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellations by Us

  • If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any payments made for work not yet carried out.
